About the role#
We are looking for a Software Engineer Intern to build products used by millions of users. You will work alongside our engineering team to design, build, and ship production software and AI agents. You will have ownership of your work and learn how software moves from an initial idea to deployment in real-world environments.
What you'll do#
- Ship agent capabilities that run in production at national banks and servicers.
- Build evals and QA harnesses to catch failure modes and help reliable AI scale.
- Work with voice and language models, including latency, interruption handling, grounding, and tool use, within enterprise environments.
- Sit in on real customer calls to learn how AI gets deployed in the real world.
- Write technical documentation and build internal tooling.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or bootcamp in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming fundamentals in at least one language such as Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C++.
- Experience building projects through coursework, hackathons, personal work, or previous internships.
- Familiarity with web development, APIs, databases, or cloud platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to learn.
