About the role#
Kastle is looking for a Founder Intern to join the team in San Francisco. This is a full-time, paid position for someone who can start next week. You will work directly with the founders to build our operating system for consumer lending.
What you'll do#
- Ship real products.
- Take on tasks across customer support, growth, operations, engineering, and sales.
- Work directly with the founders to unblock them.
- Handle the hardest, most boring, and least glamorous tasks.
- Operate with autonomy in an unstructured environment.
- Turn vague prompts into working systems.
