Kalshi is seeking a Support Operations Intern to manage customer experiences during a period of growth. This role focuses on providing high-quality, efficient support to users while helping the team scale its infrastructure. You will work on-site in New York for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets, maintaining a first reply time under 10 minutes.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and accurate communication.
- Identify and synthesize patterns in inbound support volume to provide actionable feedback to the operations, product, and engineering teams.
- Shadow senior team members to learn how to handle complex inquiries and escalations.
- Update and maintain internal support documentation and resources.
What you'll need#
- Genuine knowledge of prediction markets and fluency in trading concepts.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial or operational concepts clearly.
- A balance of big-picture thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of your queue, and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program, such as Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing.
