About the role#
Kalshi is a federally regulated prediction market. As we approach the 2026 Midterms, we are looking for a Growth Politics Intern to help expand our presence where politics and markets intersect. This is a contributor role where you will help shape strategy and execute on ideas to reach our audience during key political moments.
What you'll do#
- Develop and execute our politics social media strategy on X and other platforms.
- Build partnerships with political creators, journalists, commentators, and influencers across the political spectrum.
- Act as a thought partner on growth activation strategies for the 2026 Midterms.
- Monitor political trends in real time and track which races or candidates drive engagement on our platform.
- Translate data into growth strategies and support collaboration between the Growth, Markets, and Product teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from an undergraduate or graduate program.
- A deep interest in politics, including knowledge of key races, major players, and influencers.
- A strong understanding of how political content performs on social media.
- A resourceful, figure-it-out mentality and a bias toward action.
- Ability to work well across teams and communicate clearly.
- Familiarity with prediction markets is helpful, though prior trading experience is not required.

- Compensation: $20 to $30 per hour.
