2027 Operations Analyst Program - Summer Analyst

About the role#

The 2027 Operations Analyst Program is a 9-week summer internship designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience within the firm's Operations function. Participants will be integrated into a specific line of business—such as Asset & Wealth Management, Commercial & Investment Bank, Consumer & Community Bank, or Corporate Functions—to support core services. This program serves as a pipeline for full-time employment, with potential offers based on performance during the internship.

What you'll do#

• Assist with the end-to-end management of the client lifecycle, from onboarding through account maintenance.
• Process, clear, investigate, and service transactions, tickets, and widgets.
• Analyze reference data to support trading activities and ensure accurate execution.
• Support data analytics and reporting for your team, including data management and risk reporting.
• Identify process gaps and collaborate with Technology teams to optimize workflows and implement solutions.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a B.A., B.S., B.B.A., or 5th year M.A. or M.S. degree.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize assignments, and work within deadlines.
