About the role#
The 2027 Operations Analyst Program is a 9-week summer internship designed to provide hands-on experience within the firm's Operations function. Participants begin with comprehensive training before joining a specific line of business to support day-to-day activities. This program serves as a pipeline for full-time employment, with performance-based opportunities for return offers.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the end-to-end management of the client lifecycle, including onboarding and account maintenance.
- Process, clear, investigate, and service transactions, tickets, and widgets.
- Analyze reference data to support trading activities and ensure execution accuracy.
- Support data analytics and reporting for your team, including risk reporting and data management.
- Identify process gaps to optimize workflows in collaboration with Technology teams.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a B.A., B.S., B.B.A., or 5th year M.A. or M.S. degree.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work within deadlines and adapt to a changing environment.
