About the role#
Jordan's Furniture is offering a 10-week paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Natick, Massachusetts. You will join our Furnish Your Future Intern Development Program to learn the fundamentals of retail leadership. Please note that this position requires travel to various retail locations throughout New England and includes some weekend shifts.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with store managers and leadership teams.
- Gain experience in retail operations, including customer experience, team development, sales performance, staffing, and business execution.
- Participate in Intern Insights networking opportunities to connect with leaders across the organization.
- Attend professional development workshops to build your leadership skills.
What you'll need#
- Status as a rising college junior or senior pursuing a degree in Business, Retail, or a related field.
- Interest in developing leadership and people management skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers and team members.
- Ability to problem solve and think critically.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, leadership, or supervisory roles is a plus.

- Compensation: $23.00 per hour.
