About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site in Nashua, New Hampshire, with opportunities to visit various retail store locations throughout New England. The role is full-time and requires some weekend shifts.
What you'll do#
- Learn the day-to-day operations of retail leadership.
- Work directly with store managers and leadership teams.
- Gain exposure to customer experience, team development, sales performance, staffing, and business execution.
- Participate in professional development workshops.
- Complete necessary tasks as part of the store operations team.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a rising college junior or senior pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Retail, or a related field.
- You have a strong interest in developing leadership and people management skills.
- You are a proactive and self-motivated person who is willing to learn and take on new challenges.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You can problem solve, think critically, and work effectively with customers and team members.
- Prior customer service, retail, leadership, or supervisory experience is a plus.

- Compensation: $23.00 per hour.
