About the role#
Jomboy Media offers a hands-on training program for students interested in how a media company uses data to inform business decisions. This internship is designed for academic credit and provides exposure to data tracking, organization, and interpretation across advertising, content, and revenue platforms. You will work under the guidance of the analytics team to support internal operations.
What you'll do#
- Monitor and report on the performance of internal and external campaigns across various platforms.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics including views, impressions, engagement, sales, and programmatic earnings.
- Collect and compile data related to company content.
- Learn data cleaning and organization techniques to prepare exports for analysis.
- Use Monday.com dashboards to extract revenue and inventory data while assisting with accuracy checks.
- Shadow the sales team to understand how data informs presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ad Manager, Simplecast, Shopify, and YouTube.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools.
- Ability to work in a team environment with strong communication skills.
- Must be eligible to receive school credit for this internship.
