About the role#
This is a part-time position within the Intelligent Solutions Group in Fargo, North Dakota. The program is designed for students to work year-round alongside their academic schedule. This role supports our manufacturing environment by assisting with engineering functions and process improvements.
What you'll do#
- Identify and implement ideas for cost reduction, quality, safety, and ergonomics.
- Update manufacturing line layouts using CAD software.
- Develop and support Factory Automation programs to manage assembly fixtures.
- Develop and support vision systems.
- Use electronic tools to perform daily engineering tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited university or college.
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Automation Engineering.
- A graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to commute to the Fargo, ND work location.
