About the role#
John Deere is hiring a Part-Time Student Quality Engineer for the Summer 2026 term. This is a paid, on-site position based in Waterloo, Iowa. Please note that sponsorship is not available for this role.
What you'll do#
- Assist with quality improvement initiatives.
- Support quality audits and compliance tasks.
- Analyze data to track quality metrics.
- Take part in root cause analysis and corrective action work.
- Create documentation for quality processes.

- Current enrollment in a Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering degree program.
- Ability to solve problems and analyze data.
