About the role#
The Outreach and Student Recruitment Coordinator for Special Partnerships helps JobTrain meet enrollment goals. You will identify potential students, manage recruitment initiatives, and support the registration process. This role involves building partnerships across the Bay Area and representing the organization at community events.
What you'll do#
- Recruit clients for JobTrain career programs through ongoing outreach efforts.
- Track recruitment initiatives and evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations and attend stakeholder meetings.
- Guide clients through the application and assessment process.
- Maintain accurate client and outreach records in the Salesforce database.
- Provide presentations to community partners and staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support other team members as needed.
What you'll need#
- At least three years of experience working as an outreach coordinator or in a relevant role.
- Intermediate administrative skills and a detail-oriented approach to work.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong intermediate proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with database technology.
- Ability to travel up to 30 miles for events and meetings.
- Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, subject to legal accommodations.
- Legal residency and work eligibility in the United States.

- This position is based in Menlo Park, California.
- The role is primarily on-site with some work-from-home flexibility.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
- The hiring rate is $31 per hour.
