About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in Credit Reporting and Speech Analytics. You will work with our teams to build automation, improve data visibility, and support operational efficiency. You will contribute to digital transformation efforts while gaining exposure to our company culture and core values.
What you'll do#
- Design and build business applications, workflows, and automation using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Lists.
- Analyze customer interaction data to identify trends and friction points through Speech Analytics initiatives.
- Create and improve dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, Excel, and Power Query.
- Meet with Credit Reporting and Operations stakeholders to document business requirements and turn them into practical solutions.
- Find ways to automate manual or repetitive tasks to increase productivity.
- Write documentation for your solutions to ensure they are easy for the team to maintain and use.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Completion of at least one semester of coursework.
- A focus in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Lists.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and data visualization techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- Curiosity and a desire to learn new business processes and technologies.
