About the role#
As an AI Center of Excellence (COE) Delivery Team Intern, you will work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, agentic software development, cloud engineering, automation, and cybersecurity. You will gain hands-on experience with emerging AI technologies and AI-assisted engineering practices. Your work will help the team research, prototype, evaluate, and develop solutions that support enterprise AI adoption.
What you'll do#
- Develop, test, and prototype AI-powered applications, copilots, agents, and automation solutions.
- Perform computer programming and AI engineering activities, including experimenting with agentic workflows and AI-assisted software development.
- Conduct AI model and agent evaluations through hands-on experimentation, benchmarking, and proof-of-concept development.
- Support DevSecOps and cloud engineering initiatives, such as CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and containerization.
- Research emerging AI technologies, security considerations, and engineering approaches to help the team stay current.
- Assist with the planning and execution of an intern-focused AI hackathon and support technical workshops.
- Document technical findings, AI use cases, and architectural patterns while collaborating with the AI COE and DevSecOps teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s, master’s, or other degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university.
- Completion of at least one semester of coursework.
- Pursuit of a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- A basic understanding of programming and software development concepts.
- Demonstrated curiosity about emerging technologies, hands-on experimentation, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Coursework in AI or machine learning is preferred.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
- The term for this position is Summer 2027.
