About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the Capital Markets group. You will support analysts on investment and acquisition projects. The role offers insight into commercial real estate through hands-on research, writing, and data analysis.
What you'll do#
- Assist with market research by obtaining and analyzing statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Support property valuations using Argus and Excel.
- Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
- Assist with the due diligence process for transactions.
- Design marketing materials, such as teasers and offering memorandums, including charts and graphics.
- Gather data on rent rolls and tenant profiles.
- Provide general assistance to the team.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a college or university junior, graduating in Summer 2028.
- Permanent US work authorization. This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.

- Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (On-site).
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027).
- Employment: Full-time paid internship.
