About the role#
As a Campus Intern at JE Dunn Construction, you will receive direct supervision while providing routine support for construction and administration functions. This role offers hands-on experience to complement your college education. You will work across areas such as project management, estimating, safety, and accounting to support company objectives.
What you'll do#
- Monitor crew size, self-perform hours, materials, quantities, and equipment.
- Provide progress updates and reports to the project team.
- Conduct job site observations alongside project leadership.
- Support project close-out tasks, including punchlists, operations and maintenance manuals, and as-built drawings.
- Assist with vendor and trade partner pricing, bid solicitation, and coordination.
- Participate in the project-specific safety plan and culture.
- Build relationships with team members, trade partners, vendors, and clients.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited Bachelors degree program or higher.
- Relevant coursework related to the internship opportunity.
- Strong work ethic and high energy.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility and leadership potential.
