About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program running from May 31st to August 6th, 2027. You will work with the North American Client Group (NACG) Central Team and the Business Manager to help develop and carry out business group strategy. The role provides an opportunity to shadow various departments including internal sales, portfolio construction services, specialist consulting, institutional sales, retirement, and marketing analytics.
What you'll do#
- Assist in tracking activities, workstreams, and projects that advance the NACG business.
- Collaborate with the Business Manager to prioritize projects and turn business requirements into tangible outcomes.
- Partner with other departments to support plans such as profitability analysis and sales data reporting.
- Manage projects that require building complex spreadsheets or streamlined presentation decks.
- Handle ad hoc requests and other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Clear and professional written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work across teams.
- A problem solver mentality.
- Preferred: Current enrollment in a degree program related to data analytics, project management, or business strategy.
- Preferred: Knowledge of the financial services or asset management industry.
