About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program running from May 31st to August 6th, 2027. You will gain first-hand experience by working directly with the Identity Security team to help keep company systems and information safe. The role involves induction, on-the-job learning, skills training, and networking.
What you'll do#
- Support identity security teams with daily operations.
- Provision and deprovision user access to various systems and applications.
- Participate in user access certifications to ensure appropriate permissions.
- Observe an IT audit walkthrough, including the preparation and review of access documentation.
- Attend training sessions and shadow staff to understand security protocols.
- Document access changes and prepare reports for compliance purposes.
- Explore ways to use AI and automation tools to streamline routine tasks, such as access reviews or report generation.
- Develop small automation solutions for tasks as time allows.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- You are a college sophomore or junior enrolled as a full-time student.
- You are pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or Engineering.
- You have an interest in information technology or cybersecurity.
- You are willing to learn and follow security guidelines.
- You possess strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- You are familiar with current web browsers and are comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- You are authorized to work in the U.S.
