About the role#
As an EHS Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting Environmental, Health, and Safety programs. You will work with the EHS team to analyze safety data, assist with training activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This 12-week paid internship provides exposure to real-world industry projects and professional development opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Collect, analyze, and report on EHSS projects.
- Extract, validate, and consolidate EHSS data from Intelex.
- Track and manage Zero Harm Month award data.
- Coordinate programs and support documentation efforts.
- Build reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate EHSS performance and trends.
- Find ways to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and safety performance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program with an expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2029.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Availability to work full-time for 12 weeks during summer 2027.
- Reliable transportation to the work site.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Preferred majors include Data Science or EHS.
- Preferred experience with Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or other data software.
