About the role#
The Learning & Development team is looking for a part-time intern to assist with instructional design projects. This is a temporary role expected to last approximately one month. You will work remotely and gain exposure to the daily operations of our Learning & Development department.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Instructional Design Manager and team members to develop and review training content.
- Create learning assets and courses using Articulate 360.
- Rewrite and redesign existing training materials.
- Edit audio and video files for training purposes.
- Complete specific projects as assigned by the team.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma.
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program related to Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Learning Design, or Human Resources.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliability regarding attendance and deadlines.
- Previous experience with e-Learning authoring tools and video or audio editing is preferred.

- This is a remote, part-time position with a rolling start date.
