    About the role#

    The Experienced Human Resources Leadership Development Program (E-HRLDP) Internship is a 10-12 week program for graduate students. It is designed to develop future HR leaders through broad-based experience across the Johnson & Johnson operating model. Interns may be considered for the full-time E-HRLDP program upon completion of the assignment.

    What you'll do#

    Interns provide strategic consulting and design support to J&J businesses on an enterprise, global, and regional level. Assignments are based on business needs, your experience, and your development goals. You may support projects in areas such as:

    • Learning & Development
    • Change Management
    • Talent Acquisition
    • Total Rewards
    • Organizational Development and Design
    • Business Partner and Corporate Service support

    What you'll need#

    • Graduate student status pursuing an MBA, Master’s Degree, or Ph.D. in an HR or business-related discipline.
    • An intended graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
    • Five or more years of prior full-time professional work experience.
    • Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
    • Geographic mobility for rotations and final placement.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Previous HR experience is preferred.

    • This internship takes place in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
    • This is an on-site, full-time position for Summer 2027.
    • The pay rate is $52.00 per hour, and the role is overtime eligible.
