About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in project support services. You will work with a team of experts to analyze data and assist with proposal development. This role is open to students or graduates in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering. Architecture students may qualify for hours toward the NCARB Architectural Experience Program. The position runs from January 2027 through August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Update and research Project Experience pages to meet corporate standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to gather and refine data into readable content.
- Assist in the development of standard documents for proposals and presentations.
- Participate in the proposal development process for new project pursuits.
- Track and report on project progress through weekly meetings and updates.
- Provide graphic support for projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or an Engineering discipline.
- 0-4 years of experience with engineering, construction, or construction claim firms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing software such as Adobe or InDesign.
- Strong communication, mathematical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage tasks independently.
