About the role#
This 10-week summer program provides hands-on experience within a global financial institution. You will be placed in a specific business area for the duration of the summer to gain a foundation in banking operations and professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Engage in high impact strategic projects that contribute to the bank.
- Complete an end of summer project.
- Participate in a mentorship program, networking events, and speaker series.
- Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act principles, laws, and regulations.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
What you'll need#
- Undergraduate status at a U.S. university, specifically a sophomore or junior becoming a junior or senior by June 2027.
- A GPA of 3.65 or higher.
- U.S. work authorization, including F-1 CPT/OPT.
- Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English.
- No prior participation in a U.S. summer internship.
- Experience in extracurricular activities that demonstrate leadership, initiative, or community involvement.
- A curious and driven mindset with a commitment to integrity and collaboration.
- Interest in building client-centered solutions and solving real-world problems.

- This is a full-time, paid internship located in Miami, Florida.
- The role is 100% in-person.
- The program takes place during the summer of 2027.
