    About the role#

    As a Quality Management student, you will join the Engineering Services department at our home office. This role provides exposure to various engineering disciplines and builds a foundation in quality management systems. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support project execution and learn how engineering teams operate in a real-world setting.

    What you'll do#

    • Conduct assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external standards across all engineering disciplines.
    • Support and lead assigned continuous improvement projects within Engineering Services.
    • Participate in day-to-day team initiatives and contribute to project execution activities.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering in any discipline.
    • Completed at least 1 year of post-secondary education and returning to school.
    • Demonstrated interest in quality management, process optimization, or change management.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
    • Strong attention to detail.

    • This position is based in Saint John, New Brunswick.
    • This is an on-site, full-time, paid co-op role.
