About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will join a cohort of students to gain hands-on experience at a global investment firm. The program includes mentorship, networking events, and training sessions. Successful interns may be eligible for a full-time offer following graduation.
What you'll do#
- Learn the Invesco business model and growth strategy.
- Develop professional skills through networking and training.
- Shadow end-to-end technology solutions.
- Build core capabilities in areas such as business analysis, project management, application development, web development, enterprise architecture, quality assurance, or infrastructure engineering.
- Participate in meetings with the Early Careers technology team.
- Contribute ideas and help drive positive change.
- Work on projects to develop technical aptitude and business insight.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program as a rising Junior, graduating by summer 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Completion of relevant technical course work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong leadership, initiative, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, quantitative, and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to ambiguous situations and work well with diverse teams.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not provide employment-based immigration sponsorship.
- Preferred: Intermediate proficiency with Python, SQL, or Power BI, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
Location & details#
- This position is located in Atlanta, Georgia.
- This is an on-site role. Employees are expected to work from the office at least four days each week.
