About the role#
This internship is a full-time, paid position based in Atlanta, Georgia. It runs for 9 weeks during the Summer of 2027. You will join a cohort of students to gain hands-on experience in asset management and client services. The role is hybrid, requiring at least four days each week in the office to support collaboration and team development.
What you'll do#
- Develop and execute sales strategies focused on prospecting new business.
- Identify sales opportunities and advisor needs while introducing new concepts and cross-selling ideas.
- Create asset allocation strategies that align with client objectives and risk tolerances.
- Analyze regional and product sales trends.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide service to financial advisors.
- Use analytical tools to help develop portfolio construction ideas.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including maintaining the contact management system.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program, specifically as a Junior graduating by Summer 2028.
- A major in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is preferred.
- A basic understanding of mutual funds, financial markets, and investment advisor relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in the Atlanta office.
