About the role#
This is a 9-week summer internship program starting in June 2027. You will work within the ETF Marketing team to gain hands-on experience at a global investment firm. The role is based in our New York City office and follows a hybrid work model. Successful completion of the internship may lead to an offer for our full-time Early Career Program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and execution of ETF marketing campaigns by coordinating deliverables and managing project timelines.
- Assist in the creation and review of marketing materials such as emails, articles, web content, and sales-support documents.
- Translate investment concepts and product information into clear content for investors and financial professionals.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Distribution, Digital, Creative, and Compliance to support integrated initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and summarize findings to help identify future improvements.
- Use approved AI tools to assist with content development and analysis.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with an expected graduation date in spring or summer 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Academic or extracurricular focus in Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Demonstrated interest in marketing, investing, or the asset management industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills alongside organizational attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. Please note that we do not provide employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.
- Familiarity with ETFs, capital markets, or financial services marketing is preferred.
