About the role#
This is a 9-week Summer 2027 internship program based in Atlanta. You will join a team focused on internal sales within the asset management industry. This full-time role provides hands-on experience in client services and distribution.
What you'll do#
- Develop and execute sales strategies focused on prospecting new business.
- Identify sales opportunities and advisor needs while introducing new concepts.
- Create asset allocation strategies that align with client objectives and risk tolerances.
- Analyze regional and product sales trends within broker firms and among financial advisors.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide service to financial advisors.
- Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain the contact management system.
- Use analytical tools to help develop portfolio construction ideas.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program as a Junior, graduating by Summer 2028.
- Progress toward a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- A basic understanding of mutual funds, financial markets, and investment advisor relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
