About the role#
Invesco is seeking an Early Career Intern for our Digital Asset Product team for the summer of 2027. This 9-week program offers hands-on experience within a global investment firm. You will work alongside our team to support the development of tokenized funds, blockchain-enabled infrastructure, and other digital asset initiatives. This position is based in our New York office.
What you'll do#
- Develop executive presentations, market insights, and product materials to support senior leadership.
- Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, stablecoins, and blockchain infrastructure.
- Collaborate with teams across technology, investments, legal, compliance, risk, and operations.
- Support projects related to digital asset product development, client education, and strategic partnerships.
- Share your own insights and suggestions during team meetings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program, specifically a Junior graduating by summer 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Academic background in Computer Science, Finance, or Economics.
- Demonstrated interest in digital assets, blockchain technology, and financial markets.
- Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with programming languages like R, Python, or VBA is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of AI applications and basic knowledge of mutual fund operations.
- Previous experience with digital assets or blockchain is strongly preferred.
