About the role#
Invariant is looking for an Insights and Intelligence Intern for the winter 2027 term. This role focuses on analyzing online conversations and turning data into clear insights for our clients. You will build foundational skills in social listening and digital analytics using tools like Brandwatch. We prefer candidates who can commit to a full-time schedule.
What you'll do#
- Develop and refine search queries to capture relevant online conversations.
- Gather and organize social and digital data from analytics platforms.
- Detect trends, patterns, and key themes within large datasets.
- Write clear, concise narratives based on your data findings.
- Help create client-ready deliverables, such as reports and presentations.
- Learn and apply new analytical tools and methodologies.
- Support internal AI projects.
What you'll need#
- Ability to work well with a team and communicate clearly.
- Experience managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A willingness to take initiative.
Location & details#
- This internship is based on-site in Washington, District of Columbia.
- The term begins on January 11, 2027.
- This is a paid position. Undergraduate candidates receive $19 per hour, and graduate candidates receive $24 per hour.
