About the role#
Invariant is looking for an Operations Intern for the winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Washington, DC. You will work with the operations team to support firm, client, and fundraising events. This position is paid at $19 per hour for undergraduates and $24 per hour for graduate students.
What you'll do#
- Help execute firm, client, and charity events, including client fly-ins and office meetings.
- Provide on-site support during events.
- Assist with scheduling, invoice tracking, and various operations projects.
- Complete other administrative duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Previous experience in events, operations, human resources, or administrative work.
- Flexibility to work early mornings or late nights as event schedules require.
- Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to take initiative and manage multiple priorities.
