About the role#
This internship focuses on learning the basics of college campus ministry. It is open to students currently enrolled in a four-year or community college. You will gain experience in spiritual leadership, biblical knowledge, and ministry skills while discerning your own call to service. This is a paid, part-time position.
What you'll do#
- Engage with the campus ministry team to cast spiritual vision and direction.
- Contribute to team plans for spiritual growth and transformation.
- Teach students to love, study, and apply Scripture to their lives.
- Promote the mission on campus by proclaiming the Gospel and modeling a love for diverse cultures.
- Encourage a prayerful lifestyle among students.
- Act as an ambassador for the ministry to individual partners and churches.
- Engage positively with the supervision and training provided by your staff ministry trainer or director.
What you'll need#
- You are a follower of Jesus Christ and can annually affirm the Statement of Agreement.
- You have a developing passion for evangelism.
- You demonstrate leadership qualities such as initiative, self-awareness, communication, and professionalism.
- You show an eagerness to learn, cross-cultural competence, and relational maturity.
- Preference is given to students based on their year of study and the type of institution they attend.

- This is an on-site role.
- Locations include North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
- Compensation for this position is funded through personal fundraising. Your salary will depend on your ability to secure a donor team to cover the costs of the role.
