About the role#
This internship focuses on learning the basics of college campus ministry with the Nurses Christian Fellowship. You will work as part of a team to advance the mission of InterVarsity on campus. This role is open to students currently enrolled in a four-year or community college. Specific eligibility regarding your year of study depends on the type of college you attend.
What you'll do#
- Participate and engage fully with the campus ministry team to cast spiritual vision and direction.
- Contribute to the accomplishment of the team's plans for spiritual growth and transformation.
- Teach students to love, study, and apply Scripture to their lives.
- Promote the mission on campus to advance witnessing communities that are bolder, broader, and more ethnically diverse.
- Engage positively with the supervision and training you receive from your staff ministry trainer or director.
What you'll need#
- You are a follower of Jesus Christ.
- You can annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement.
- You have a developing passion for evangelism.
- You demonstrate campus ministry leadership qualities, including initiative, self-awareness, cultural awareness, communication, professionalism, an eagerness to learn, cross-cultural competence, teamwork, and relational maturity.

- This position is remote within the United States.
- The role is part-time.
- This is a paid position funded through personal fundraising. Compensation varies based on your ability to secure a donor team to fund the cost of your salary.
