About the role#
This internship focuses on learning the basics of college campus ministry. You will work with the campus ministry team to grow in spiritual understanding, biblical knowledge, and ministry skills. This position is open to students currently enrolled in a four-year or community college. Eligibility requirements regarding your year of study depend on the type of college you attend.
What you'll do#
- Participate and engage fully with the campus ministry team to cast spiritual vision and direction.
- Contribute to the accomplishment of the team's plans for spiritual growth and transformation.
- Teach students to love, study, and apply Scripture to their lives.
- Promote the mission on campus to advance witnessing communities that are bolder, broader, and more ethnically diverse.
- Engage positively with the supervision and training provided by your staff ministry trainer or director.
- Seek opportunities to proclaim and demonstrate the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
- Assist with reporting and serve as an ambassador of the organization to ministry partners and churches.
What you'll need#
- You are a follower of Jesus Christ.
- You can annually affirm the Statement of Agreement.
- You have a developing passion for evangelism.
- You demonstrate leadership qualities such as initiative, self-awareness, cultural awareness, communication, professionalism, eagerness to learn, cross-cultural competence, teamwork, and relational maturity.
- Relevant academic backgrounds include Communications, Human Resources, or Psychology.

- This is an on-site role based in Tennessee or Kentucky.
- This is a part-time, unpaid position.
- The term is rolling.
