About the role#
This internship focuses on learning the basics of college campus ministry. It is open to students currently enrolled in a four-year or community college. Specific standing requirements apply based on the institution type and year of study. This role is a paid, part-time position funded through personal fundraising, where compensation depends on your ability to secure a donor team.
What you'll do#
- Participate and engage fully with the campus ministry team to cast spiritual vision and direction.
- Contribute to the accomplishment of the team’s plans for spiritual growth and transformation.
- Teach students to love, study, and apply Scripture to their lives.
- Promote the mission on campus to advance witnessing communities that are bolder, broader, and more ethnically diverse.
- Engage positively with the supervision and training you receive from your staff ministry trainer or director.
What you'll need#
- You are a follower of Jesus Christ.
- You can annually affirm the InterVarsity Statement of Agreement.
- You have a developing passion for evangelism.
- You demonstrate leadership qualities such as initiative, self-awareness, cultural awareness, professionalism, and teamwork.
- You possess strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn.

- This position is remote and based in the United States.
- The role is part-time.
- Compensation is based on the ability to raise funds to cover the salary range of $31,320.00 to $41,772.00 per year for full-time equivalency.
