Student Intern - Metro MN (Undergraduate Ministry)

About the role#

This internship is designed for students currently enrolled in a four-year or community college to learn the fundamentals of campus ministry. The role focuses on developing leadership skills, spiritual understanding, and ministry experience while discerning a potential call to service. This is a part-time, on-site position located in Minnesota.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with the campus ministry team to cast spiritual vision and execute plans for growth and transformation.
• Teach students how to study, love, and apply Scripture to their daily lives.
• Promote the organization's mission by seeking opportunities to share the Gospel and developing strategic thinking for campus outreach.
• Model and encourage cross-cultural engagement and a prayerful lifestyle among students.
• Engage with training and supervision provided by your ministry director.
• Serve as an ambassador for the ministry to churches and individual partners.

What you'll need#

• Must be a follower of Jesus Christ and able to annually affirm the organization's Statement of Agreement.
• Enrollment in a four-year or community college (specific year-standing requirements apply based on institution type).
• A developing passion for evangelism.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, including initiative, self-awareness, and cultural awareness.
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and an eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain relational maturity.
