About the role#
This internship focuses on learning the basics of college campus ministry. You will work with the campus ministry team to grow in spiritual understanding, biblical knowledge, and ministry skills. This role is open to students currently enrolled in a four-year or community college. Specific eligibility regarding your year of study depends on the type of institution you attend.
What you'll do#
- Engage with the campus ministry team to cast spiritual vision and direction.
- Contribute to team plans for spiritual growth and transformation.
- Teach students how to love, study, and apply Scripture to their daily lives.
- Promote the mission on campus to build witnessing communities that are broader and more ethnically diverse.
- Assist with reporting tasks as assigned.
- Serve as an ambassador of the organization to ministry partners and churches.
What you'll need#
- You are a follower of Jesus Christ and can annually affirm the Statement of Agreement.
- You have a developing passion for evangelism.
- You demonstrate leadership qualities such as initiative, self-awareness, cultural awareness, and professionalism.
- You possess cross-cultural competence, teamwork skills, and relational maturity.
- Preferred majors include Psychology, Communications, Sociology, Anthropology, and International Relations.

- This position is located in Pennsylvania.
- The work modality is on-site.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
- Compensation is funded through personal fundraising, and your salary depends on your ability to secure a donor team.
