About the role#
The Field Operations Section (FOS) of the Capacity Development and Implementation Bureau (CDI) manages projects that support safety, air navigation, security, and economic development in civil aviation. This internship provides an opportunity to support project management, reporting, and promotional activities within the organization.
What you'll do#
- Populate and maintain document repositories, reporting tools, and project management systems.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecast tables and reporting requirements.
- Draft correspondence and documentation for the development and implementation of projects.
- Support the organization of the CDI Global Implementation Support Symposium (GISS).
- Prepare marketing and promotional materials.
- Manage inventory and resources for conference booths and related events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or completion of a degree program in civil aviation, management, economics, international relations, engineering, or computer science.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- A working knowledge of Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish is considered an asset.

- This position is based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
- The internship is a full-time, on-site commitment for a duration of six months.
- This is a paid internship position.
- Candidates are required to provide a recommendation letter from their educational institution.
