About the role#
Interfor is hiring a Maintenance Intern for the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Grand Forks, British Columbia. You will work directly with maintenance and operations professionals to gain practical experience in a sawmill environment. The role includes a salary starting at $3,350 per month, plus a temporary living allowance if you are moving to the area.

What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- You have a strong commitment to workplace safety.
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- You have a genuine interest in hands-on work within an industrial setting.
