    About the role#

    Integrated Polymer Solutions is hiring a Quality Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This role supports the Quality and Engineering teams within an aerospace manufacturing environment. You will gain hands-on experience with precision-molded components and custom rubber parts.

    What you'll do#

    • Support daily operations and special projects for the Quality and Engineering departments.
    • Assist with research, data collection, and the maintenance of quality records.
    • Help with manufacturing, testing, and design engineering tasks.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Prepare and deliver training materials.
    • Maintain reports, files, and databases.

    What you'll need#

    • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering in progress or recently completed.
    • A high school diploma or GED.
    • Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to follow procedures and solve straightforward problems.
    • You must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR regulations.

    Location & details#

    • This position is based on-site in Long Beach, California.
    • The role is part-time, up to 30 hours per week.
    • This is a paid internship.
