About the role#
Integrated Polymer Solutions is hiring a Quality Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This role supports the Quality and Engineering teams within an aerospace manufacturing environment. You will gain hands-on experience with precision-molded components and custom rubber parts.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations and special projects for the Quality and Engineering departments.
- Assist with research, data collection, and the maintenance of quality records.
- Help with manufacturing, testing, and design engineering tasks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver training materials.
- Maintain reports, files, and databases.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering in progress or recently completed.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow procedures and solve straightforward problems.
- You must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR regulations.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in Long Beach, California.
- The role is part-time, up to 30 hours per week.
- This is a paid internship.
