About the role#
As a Marketing Intern at InSource Solutions Group, you will assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing and communications initiatives. You will work alongside experienced professionals on projects ranging from digital content creation to event coordination. This position offers exposure to modern marketing disciplines and hands-on experience with industry-standard technologies.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and execution of social media campaigns.
- Create digital content such as podcasts, videos, animations, and other multimedia assets.
- Manage, organize, and update website content.
- Contribute to search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives and website performance improvements.
- Assist with event planning, including coordination, promotion, logistics, and execution.
- Maintain and clean up data within internal systems like Marketo and NetSuite.
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to ensure consistent company messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive insights.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Marketing, Communications, Management, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to commit to at least 16 hours per week.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Willingness to participate in training for systems including NetSuite, ON24, Marketo, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Term: Summer 2026 and Fall 2026.
- Location: Remote, Hybrid, or On-site in Richmond, VA; Atlanta, GA; Baltimore, MD; or Davidson, NC.
- Status: This is a paid, full-time internship.
