About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience supporting regional marketing initiatives across North and Latin America. You will help modernize how marketing supports sales by using AI tools, data, and operational processes to improve productivity and create scalable workflows for campaigns, events, and account-based marketing programs.
What you'll do#
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation tools to improve marketing workflows, sales support, and team productivity.
- Build and maintain AI-powered prompts, templates, assistants, and playbooks for regional field marketing.
- Create repeatable processes to increase efficiency and reduce administrative effort.
- Maintain the AMER Marketing Master Calendar for campaigns, webinars, tradeshows, and roadshows.
- Support event planning by coordinating briefs, timelines, attendee tracking, and follow-up processes.
- Manage event-related data, registrations, lead management, and routing.
- Organize a centralized library of marketing assets, templates, and best practices.
- Develop target account and invitation lists for strategic programs and executive events.
- Assist with campaign reporting, performance analysis, and pipeline tracking.
- Gather and validate data from multiple sources to support business reviews.
- Create reporting frameworks and templates to improve visibility into marketing performance.
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to support regional growth initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other productivity tools.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Interest in learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Power Automate is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with market research, data analysis, or business intelligence.
- Ability to create reports, dashboards, or visualizations using tools like Power BI.
- Exposure to event planning, campaign execution, or marketing operations.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
