About the role#
As a Marketing Specialist Intern, you will help us promote our financial products and services to our members. You will work with our team to increase awareness, drive growth, and build stronger relationships with the people we serve. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position with rolling start dates.
What you'll do#
- Create content and manage our marketing campaigns.
- Oversee all social media platforms and our YouTube channel.
- Maintain brand consistency across all of our branches and channels.
- Conduct market research to analyze pricing, product performance, and distribution.
- Help produce advertising, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Prepare statistical reports and share recommendations with management.
- Assist in the development of our marketing plans.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred. We also consider equivalent experience or formal industry certifications.
- Three to five years of similar or related experience.
- Ability to pass a credit, background, reference, and bonding check.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in King George, Roanoke, Salem, Fredericksburg, or Alexandria, Virginia.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
