About the role#
As a Technical Support Intern, you will join our team to help clients solve technical issues. You will gain hands-on experience with IBM software products while learning from experts in the field. This role is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with global support and engineering teams to resolve client product issues.
- Analyze diagnostics to recommend solutions and optimize product usage.
- Create and update knowledge base articles to share technical insights.
- Educate clients on best practices and product usage.
- Work with Engineering and Product teams to improve IBM solutions.
- Participate in proactive support tasks such as upgrade planning and product adoption.
- Learn how clients integrate IBM software into real-world solutions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Basic understanding of troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Fluency in English.
- Exposure to programming languages like Java or Python.
- Understanding of software development concepts and system integration.
