About the role#
This internship focuses on Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) within our consulting practice. You will work on real client projects alongside experienced team members. The program emphasizes continuous learning, technical skill development, and professional mentorship. High-performing interns may be considered for our full-time Associate Program.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic consulting initiatives focused on EAI.
- Analyze business processes, integration challenges, and technology strategies to improve outcomes.
- Conduct research on integration trends, APIs, middleware, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Assist in the development of strategy recommendations, client presentations, and deliverables.
- Identify integration opportunities across enterprise systems by analyzing data.
- Participate in workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering sessions.
- Contribute to business cases, project roadmaps, and transformation strategies.
- Support project planning and change management tasks.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and integration technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Foundational quantitative analysis skills with the ability to develop data-driven recommendations.
- Willingness to learn and use AI tools like Copilot or ChatGPT to improve productivity.
- Exposure to Agile workflows, cloud-native projects, and microservices architecture (Azure or AWS).
- Ability to read, debug, and explain code.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, XML, or SQL is a plus.
