About the role#
This internship offers the chance to work on client projects while gaining professional experience. You will collaborate with teams to help clients navigate market trends and refine their strategies. The program emphasizes continuous learning and mentorship, with the potential to advance to the full-time Associates program based on performance.
What you'll do#
- Conduct primary research to assist clients with market trends and competitive strategies.
- Design models to support operational improvements.
- Support workshops, meetings, and interviews to document client requirements.
- Shadow product teams and assist with enterprise-wide data integrations.
- Contribute to data analytics assessments and participate in cloud migration and system implementations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university degree program with a record of academic success. Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, and Human Resources.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage workloads in an agile environment.
- Leadership experience and the ability to communicate effectively through active listening.
- A growth mindset with the initiative to seek new knowledge and take ownership of tasks.
- Foundational quantitative analysis skills and the ability to develop data-driven recommendations.
- Understanding of AI and Prompt Engineering.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Exposure to programming technologies like JavaScript, HTML, XML, or SQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with packaged application solutions such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Experience with Python, Java, Excel modeling, or process mapping is beneficial.
