About the role#
This internship focuses on Adobe Experience technologies. As an Intern Developer, you will design, develop, and implement digital experience solutions that help clients deliver personalized and scalable web experiences. You will work under supervision alongside architects and senior developers to translate business requirements into functional technical solutions. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Develop and customize AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms using standard architecture.
- Build reusable AEM components, templates, client libraries, and OSGi services.
- Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Implement AEM workflows, metadata schemas, and custom servlets.
- Assist with AEM environment setup, configuration, and cloud migration projects.
- Integrate AEM with external platforms using RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Support the implementation of Adobe Experience Platform modules, including data ingestion and schema modeling.
- Configure activation channels such as Adobe Target or Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and data governance tasks.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with a track record of academic success.
- Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, HTL, and JCR APIs.
- Experience developing and deploying AEM components and templates.
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with Git, Maven, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of data schemas, modeling, data ingestion, and ETL.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage workloads in an agile environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and effective communication skills.
- Readiness to take ownership of tasks and a willingness to adapt.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance if required.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, Analytics, or Journey Optimizer is a plus.
