About the role#
As a Delivery Consultant Intern, you will work at the intersection of technology, people, and process. You will help clients define their goals and guide them through their transformation journey. This role involves working in collaborative, Agile environments to solve complex client challenges.
What you'll do#
- Assist with cloud migration and system application implementation or upgrades.
- Run or support workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
- Document requirements from product owners and business leads.
- Develop process maps to compare current and future operational scenarios.
- Translate client requirements into analytical specifications for technical solutions.
- Project the business value of solutions and drive the adoption of key performance indicators.
- Develop communications tailored to specific audiences.
- Use IBM Design Thinking to solve client challenges.
- Analyze data to support strategies and organizational design.
What you'll need#
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Technology, Computer Information Systems, or Management Information Systems.
- Basic understanding of Hybrid Cloud strategies, AI, networks, and DevOps.
- Familiarity with Java, Python, C++, C#, dot.net, and HTML.
- Proficiency in SQL, data structures, and extract/transform/load skills.
- Data analysis skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior internship or work experience in a corporate setting.
- Leadership experience and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
