About the role#
This co-op position offers professional experience within IBM Consulting. You will work on client projects focused on Adobe Experience technologies, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). You will execute tasks and implement configurations under supervision to help clients deliver personalized digital experiences. This role is designed to build your portfolio and provide insights into diverse industries.
What you'll do#
- Design and implement AEM-based digital solutions, including custom components, templates, and OSGi services using Java and HTL.
- Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Support AEM cloud migration projects and configure environments for content replication and caching.
- Integrate AEM with external platforms using RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Assist in the implementation of Adobe Experience Platform modules, including data ingestion, schema modeling, and audience building.
- Configure activation channels such as Adobe Target and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
- Assist with data governance, privacy compliance, and the preparation of technical documentation.
- Engage in workshops, design sessions, and client meetings.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, HTL, and JCR APIs.
- Experience developing and deploying AEM components and templates.
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with Git, Maven, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of data schemas, modeling, and ETL processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage workloads in an agile environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and effective communication skills.
- A growth mindset with the initiative to learn new technologies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance.

- Location: University Park, Pennsylvania.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: Rolling.
- Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week during academic semesters and up to 40 hours per week during academic breaks.
- Employment: Full-time internship.
