About the role#
The Product Management Intern will work with Product Management and Product Marketing teams to drive outbound solution positioning and commercial readiness for robotics-driven fulfillment software. This role involves partnering with the product team on strategy, commercial launch planning, and execution of go-to-market initiatives. You will support messaging for Symphony software to help optimize prescription fulfillment.
What you'll do#
- Monitor market trends, customers, buyers, key buying criteria, clinical practices, regulations, and policy.
- Develop a deep understanding of market needs and buyer personas.
- Research the competitive landscape and create a competitive comparison guide.
- Collaborate on product positioning and messaging.
- Support financial analysis and modeling for new business models.
- Build business case templates and gather feedback.
- Document the buyer process and drive changes to sales and marketing processes.
- Develop solution value propositions and differentiate the solution offering.
- Establish and evaluate pricing and business models.
- Partner with Product Marketing teams on launches of new features and releases.
- Support external thought leadership for Symphony software.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program.
- At least 2 years of product marketing or product management experience in a technology product company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet.
- Experience with Asana, Slack, and Salesforce.
- Exceptional ROI-tracking skills.
- Understanding of the pharmacy or healthcare vertical is preferred.
