Consulting Analyst, Digital

About the role#

As a Consulting Analyst, Digital, you will join a growing practice to help clients across commercial, higher education, and healthcare industries navigate complex digital transformations. This role involves working closely with leadership on diverse initiatives, utilizing analytical thinking to solve client challenges, and gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative consulting environment. This position requires bilingual proficiency in French and English.

What you'll do#

• Assist in the implementation of technology solutions, including performing technology assessments and conducting user testing.
• Liaise with internal and external team members throughout project engagements to communicate updates and organize logistics.
• Conduct and participate in key stakeholder interviews to gather qualitative data and understand institutional culture.
• Collaborate with team members to propose unique solutions for complex client challenges.

What you'll need#

• Demonstrated academic excellence in a bachelor’s program relevant to the role (Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration) with a graduation date of Spring 2026.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Interest in applying technology systems to business processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Compensation: Base salary of $75,000, with a total estimated compensation range of $81,000 - $84,000 including annual incentive compensation.
